Process
1.Tin Refining & Shaping:
Refine high-purity tin and form into a vessel through forging or casting
2.Surface Preparation & Polishing:
Smooth the tin surface to create adhesion for urushi
3.Foundation Coating with Urushi:
Apply raw lacquer mixed with tonoko to form a solid base
4.Middle & Final Coatings:
Layer lacquer multiple times, drying and polishing repeatedly
5.Final Lacquer Finish:
Apply the top coat to create deep luster and transparency
6.Curing & Inspection:
Harden naturally in a humid chamber, followed by artisan inspection
